So far I have ordered six commissioned drawings from her, so I can give you a first hand testimonial about my very positive experiences. It started all with a black and white pencil drawing of a character I had in mind, because I was curious about her great semi-realistic style. But with her great help, her contributions in story telling and her ideas it turned soon into a full-fledged story illustration project with more wonderful color pencil drawings.

First of all working together with Anye is a great and pleasant experience. She is communicating very kindly (in Spanish and English) and Anye is very carefully listening to your idea or request. If you want, she will contribute advice and ideas based on her huge experience, to help you reach an optimal result. For Anye it is of utmost importance that the customer is happy with the result.
Anye is absolutely reliable and she works hard, diligently and carefully to achieve the optimal result for the customer. If you ask her for a challenging drawing and if she accepts, maybe after some consideration, you can be sure that she will give her best to fulfill the challenge.
Also Anye lets you witness all creative steps from the idea sketch to the finished result by sending you updates. This gives the customer always the chance to influence the next drawing steps by his or hers feedback. Especially for her traditional color pencil drawings following the individual steps of the creation process can be very interesting to watch. It is high level draftsmanship after all.
Anye is not only a skillful illustrator, but she is an experienced story teller. I only had a type of person, that researches lost cultures and knowledge, in mind. Anye really took up this hint and during drawing she was so immersed in the portrait, that, after finishing it, she did not only presented me the great portrait but also a very beautiful and detailed background story or lore of the researcher, that she named Lysander. That was a great bonus for me and inspired more drawings from Lysander’s adventures.
